The 12th and the 13th General Election have made it clear that no political coalition would command a significant majority in Parliament. This trend looks set to continue in future elections as Malaysians are seemingly split into two equally matched political divide.
In the absence of a clear two-third majority by any one party, is there a need to consider alternative ways in reforming the Constitution?
