Strong theoretical contribution on existing themes and discussions, with sound analysis

Submissions should address a contemporary, broadly policy relevant issue, puzzle, or problem and provide a new insight or argument

Constructive policy pieces, commenting on current issues or in response to articles or publications released by the CPPS

Not necessarily academic in nature
