Open Budget Survey 2010 Released!

International Budget Partnership just released Open Budget Index (OBI). CPPS was involved in two rounds of budget transparency research of Open Budget Survey. In 2008, we scored 35% and this year we improved somewhat to 39% in the Open Budget Index 2010 However, average score is 42% and we're scoring below average (with it being categorised as providing minimal information to the public in its budget documents during the year).
